Congratulations! You’re engaged! Now it’s time to create lasting memories, but where do you start? Every Bride should be able to have a professional Wedding Coordinator even if she is not a celebrity! My goal is to help you plan a wedding based on your personality and your own unique love story.
Harmon Events can help guide you through the beginning stages of planning your dream wedding, or just consult on the details that you feel are the most important, or even be involved in every aspect of your big day.
Sometimes just knowing where to begin can make the process so much easier. Harmon Events can get you on the right path to creating the most precious moments life has to offer! I am sure one of our packages will fit your budget. All our packages can be modified for any type of party or budget.
In-depth consultation, during this one hour session we will discuss ideas for your dream wedding and how to incorporate your own unique love story and establish a wedding budget. Harmon Events has a network of wonderful and professional vendors carefully selected that will make your wedding everything you would hope for and more!
The “I Do” Package: can include the invitations, and reception or ceremony entertainment. (Provided by Harmon Events Vendors only) With The “I Do” Package you will get 10- 4X6 engagement photos and 1- 8X10 print and the organization of your rehearsal dinner. This package includes vendor referrals and negotiations that will keep you within your budget, a follow-up consultation 4 weeks before the big day and your event coordinator on site the day of your wedding to work through all the details before, during and after so you can breathe easy and enjoy your special day.
Vendor Referrals: Harmon Events has a database of wonderful and professional vendors that we refer based on the budget you have determined. Our vendors have agreed to provide our clients the best service at the most reasonable rate available. Harmon events has hand selected their database of vendors with care and will ensure any vendor we refer you too will make your special day the best it can be!
Vendor Negotiations: This is handled before you even contact Harmon Events. The best price has already been negotiated and our guarantee is you will not receive the same quality service for a lower price anywhere. If using your own vendor the package price will remain the same but include contract negotiations.
Event Management: On the day of your wedding, we will ensure that all the details are arranged and your expectations are met as requested. We will arrange final payment for the vendors, make sure all members of the bridal party and staff members adhere to timelines and make sure they understand the details of the event and that everyone is prepared to work as a team for your special day.
Follow-up Consultation: Four weeks before you say “I Do” your Wedding Planner will meet with you again to review your timeline, details, and budget, resolve last minute issues to ensure that your wedding day is spectacular.
This package will have you working hand and hand with your Wedding Planner from “Yes” to “I Do”….
The Elegance Package: In-depth consultation, during this two hour session we will discuss ideas for your dream wedding and how to incorporate your own unique love story and establish a budget. Harmon events will create a timeline for the Bride, Groom and Wedding party to help make everything much easier.
The Elegance Package: can include the invitations, reception or ceremony entertainment and select floral arrangements (Provided by Harmon Events Vendors only)…Plus with The Elegance Package you will receive 10- 4X6 engagement photos and 1- 8X10 print and the organization of your rehearsal dinner. Harmon Events will help in the selection of a Ceremony site and a Reception venue. With The Elegance Package you will also get ideas for your Bridal shower, vendor organization, a follow-up consultation 4 weeks before your big day and your event coordinator will be on site the day before and the day of to work through all the details so you can breathe easy and enjoy your special day.
Vendor Organization: Referral and contract negotiations to vendors within your budget from our trusted network of professional vendors. Harmon Events will coordinate a meeting with all of your vendors at your chosen ceremony site or reception venue to ensure all the vendors understand the details of the event and are prepared to work as a team for your special day.
Site Selection: Harmon Events will guide you through the entire ceremony site and reception venue selection. Whether we refer a venue or you have a chosen venue for your dream day we will handle all the negotiations and contracts. Your Wedding Planner will personally walk through up to 2 ceremony sites and 2 reception venues with you and review all the possible layouts for the reception and ceremony after the venue and site has been chosen. We will offer tips on the overall décor for the event.
Follow-up Consultation: Four weeks before you say “I Do” your Wedding Planner will meet with you again to review your timeline, details and budget, resolve last minute issues and ensure that your wedding day is spectacular.
Event Management: The day before your wedding can be the most stressful day for a Bride, but now you can head to the spa and relax because your wedding Planner will visit both your ceremony and reception site to ensure everything is organized and on track as planned. On the day of your wedding, we will ensure that all details are arranged and expectations are met as requested. Breathe easy, relax and enjoy the day.
Enhancements: You may add additional services to The Elegance Package as desired. Services such as coordination of ceremony rehearsal, and Groomsmen fittings are a popular add-on.
Trying to plan a wedding on lunch hours and weekends will leave you exhausted. With The Bridal Bliss Package you get to make all the decisions but without the hassle and aggravation of contracts, payments, setting-up schedules, and unforeseen issues. All you need to do is show up on time looking beautiful. Harmon Events will handle every detail you can’t from “Yes” to “I Do”….
The Bridal Bliss Package: In-depth consultation, during this two hour session we will discuss ideas for your dream wedding and how to incorporate your own unique love story and establish a budget. Harmon events will create a timeline for the Bride, Groom, Wedding party and your family members that will be involved in the planning process to help make everything much easier.
The Bridal Bliss Package: can include the invitations, reception or ceremony entertainment and select floral arrangements. (Provided by Harmon Events Vendors only) With The Bridal Bliss Package you will get 20- 4X6 engagement photos and 2- 8X10 prints and the organization of your rehearsal dinner and Bridal Shower. Harmon Events will help in the selection and contract of a Ceremony site and a Reception venue (visits limited to 3 for each).
