Everybody should be able to have a professional Event Coordinator even if you’re not a celebrity! My goal is to help you plan a spectacular event that will be talked about for years to come!

Harmon Events can help guide you through the beginning stages of planning your dream event, whether it’s a milestone anniversary, sweet 16, quincinetta or just a party of any kind. Harmon Events can consult on the details that you feel are the most important, or even be involved in every aspect of your special event.

Sometimes just knowing where to begin can make the process so much easier. Harmon Events can get you on the right path to creating memories for the most precious moments life has to offer! I am sure one of our packages will fit your budget. All our packages can be modified for any type of party or budget.

In-depth consultation, during this one hour session we will discuss ideas for your event and how to incorporate your personality. Harmon Events will establish a budget and keep you there. We have a network of professional vendors carefully selected that will make your event everything you would hope for and more!

The Bronze Package: can include the invitations, and entertainment. (Provided by Harmon Events Vendors only) With The Bronze Package you will get 10- 4X6 Special memory photos and 1- 8X10 print. This package includes vendor referrals and negotiations that will keep you within your budget, a follow-up consultation 4 weeks before the special event and your event coordinator on site the day of to work through all the details before, during and after so you can relax and enjoy the festivities.

Vendor Referrals: Harmon Events has created a database of wonderful and professional vendors. The vendors we refer you to will be based on the budget you have determined. Our vendors have agreed to provide our clients the best service at the most reasonable rate available. Harmon events has hand selected their database of vendors with care and will ensure any vendor we refer you too will make your event the best it can be!

Vendor Negotiations: This is handled before you even contact Harmon Events for an initial meeting. The best price has already been negotiated for you and we guarantee you will not receive the same quality service for a lower price anywhere. If using your own vendor the package price will remain the same but include contract negotiations.

Event Management: On the day of your special event, we will ensure that all the details are arranged and your expectations are met as requested. We will arrange final payment for the vendors, and make sure all staff and family members adhere to timelines and make sure they understand the details of the event and that everyone is prepared to work as a team for your event.

Follow-up Consultation: Four weeks before your event the Event Coordinator will meet with you again to review your timeline, details, and budget, resolve last minute issues to ensure that your event is spectacular.

This package will have you working hand and hand with your Event Planner from “Invite” to “Goodnight”…

The Silver Package: In-depth consultation, during this two hour session we will discuss ideas for your event and how to incorporate your personality. Harmon Events will establish a budget and keep you there. Harmon events will create a timeline for the event to help make everything much easier.

The Silver Package: can include the invitations, entertainment and a candy buffet (Provided by Harmon Events Vendors only)…Plus with The Silver Package you will receive 10- 4X6 special memory photos and 1- 8X10 print. Harmon Events will help in the selection of an event site and contract negotiations. With The Silver Package you will also get ideas for decorations, vendor organization, a follow-up consultation 4 weeks before your special event and your event coordinator will be on site the day before and the day of to work through all the details so you can relax and enjoy the festivities.

Vendor Organization: Referral and contract negotiations to vendors within your budget from our trusted network of professional vendors. Harmon Events will coordinate a meeting with all of your vendors at your chosen event site to ensure all the vendors understand the details of the event and are prepared to work as a team for your special event.

Site Selection: Harmon Events will guide you through the entire special event site selection. Whether we refer a venue or you have a chosen venue for your special event we will handle all the negotiations and contracts. Your Event Planner will personally walk through up to 2 sites with you and review all the possible layouts for the event after the venue has been chosen. We will offer tips on the overall décor for the event.

Follow-up Consultation: Four weeks before the event starts your Event Planner will meet with you again to review your timeline, details and budget, resolve last minute issues and ensure that your special event is spectacular.

Event Management: The day before your special event can be the most stressful day, but now you can relax because your Event Planner will visit your event site to ensure everything is organized and on track as planned. On the day of your special event, we will ensure that all details are arranged and expectations are met as requested. Breathe easy, relax and enjoy the festivities.

Trying to plan an event on lunch hours and weekends will leave you exhausted. With The Gold Package you get to make all the decisions but without the hassle and aggravation of contracts, payments, setting-up schedules, and unforeseen issues. All you need to do is tell us what you want. Harmon Events will handle every detail you can’t from “Invites” to “Goodnights”…

The Gold Package In-depth consultation, during this two hour session we will discuss ideas for your event and how to incorporate your personality. Harmon Events will establish a budget and keep you there. We will work with any family members that will be involved in the planning process to help make everything much easier.

The Gold Package can include the invitations, entertainment and a candy buffet. (Provided by Harmon Events Vendors only) With The Gold Package you will get 20- 4X6 special memory photos and 2- 8X10 prints. Harmon Events will help in the selection and contract of an event venue (visits limited to 3 for each).

In addition to these services you will also experience:

  • Unlimited consultations – Whenever, wherever, the Event Planner will help you with every detail small or big.
  • Personal assistance with the selection of every vendor and service for your special event and anyone else you will need to make your event the most memorable one ever.
